Happy Meet Day for our Track & Field Athletes! Results from the meet last weekend are finally in:

7th grade girls

Zoey Wiester got 2nd place in Shot Put and Ivy Barnes got 3rd place

Tllali Olivera Kuehn got 2nd place in the 100m and 3rd place in the 200m

7th grade boys

John Stolle got 2nd place in both High Jump and Long Jump

Rustyn Rettig got 1st place in both the 1600m and 800m

Connor Weber got 3rd place in the 400m and 2nd in the 800m

Both relay teams got 1st place! The 4×100 team was Hudson Walvoord, Noah Scholl, Ronan Guess and Carson Rouse and the 4×400 team was Logan Ward, Rustyn Rettig, Ronan Guess and Carson Rouse.

8th grade girls

Evia Wimes got 2nd place in Shot Put

Hayden Bolzer got 3rd place in Long Jump

Victoria Sinitsky got 1st place in both the 1600m and 800m

Yovela Tesfai got 2nd place in the 1600m

Brooke Lindsay got 1st place in both the Hurdles and the 200m and 2nd place in the 100m

Kyra Dilley got 2nd place in the 200m

Tinley Dixon got 1st place in the 400m

And the 4×100 team with Brooke Lindsay, Kyra Dilley, Lauren Flatt and Isabella Debonis got 2nd place!

8th grade boys

Zander Thompson got 2nd place in Shot Put

Cory Freudenberg got 3rd place in 800m

Peyton Roker got 1st place in the 1600m and 2nd place in the 800m

We are so proud of all of you for your great effort and sportsmanship in the meets so far. A quick reminder to make sure you have water, snacks & appropriate clothing, as well as rides arranged both to and from Southeast for the meet tonight. For those of you not participating – please encourage your peers here at school, but as a reminder those not participating should NOT be attending the meet.

YEARBOOKS Have you purchased your yearbook yet? Let your parents know that yearbooks are available for pre-order in Parentvue. The cost is $25.

If you want to pay by check or cash, yearbooks can be pre-ordered in the office, and they will start being sold in the Commons before and after school starting on May 6th. Once they are gone, they are sold out.
