FOOD MARKET: The Pound Food Market will be in the Cafeteria Friday after school. Everyone is welcome. Please remember to keep all food items in the bags until you get home.
IB ACADEMY DAY: 7th and 8th Graders-Lincoln High is hosting an IB Academy Day. This is a great way to see if the IB program is a good fit for you. IB Academy Day will be this Saturday, Nov. 8th from 8 am-Noon at Lincoln High (2229 J St.). Registration is required. For more information, contact J.P. Caruso at jpcaruso@lps.org.
PICTURE RETAKES: Thursday is the last day to sign up for retakes in the office.
BOOK FAIR: The Pound Barnes and Noble Book Fair is coming up! This Saturday, Nov. 8th from 9 am to 1 pm, join us at the South Pointe Barnes and Noble for a morning full of fun. Cookie Decorating, Bookmark Coloring, Scavenger Hunt, Photo Booth and more! This event is coming to you courtesy of The Young Librarians Club and Student Council. We hope to see you there!
Intramural Drama, Speech and Debate is accepting registrations for all interested 6th, 7th and 8th grader students. A family information session will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Southeast High School in the auditorium. Please see your English, Humanities, Reading or Drama teacher for more information. This program is free.
The LPS Oral Spelling Bee will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Culler Middle School. The Spelling Bee is open to students in grades 6-8. More information is available from your English, Humanities, Reading or Drama teacher
DRAMA CLUB: If you are planning to come to drama club today to tryout for the musical please be sure to bring your Conflict Form. If you need another copy there are extras in the cafeteria near the sign up sheet.
