It’s KARAOKE Friday for 7th graders today. Eat quickly, get a pass and come on down!
Attention all students: Are you a leader or enjoys helping others? If the answer is “yes” please consider becoming a Pound Pal. Pound Pals help with many school events, give tours to new student, and make and hang signs to support every student. Applications can be picked up in the Counseling Center starting today. This includes new or returning Pound Pals. All completed applications must be turned into the Counseling Center by Friday September 7th.
8th graders: If you’re interested in being part of the yearbook club stop by Mrs. Fusco’s room (104) for information.
8th grade volleyball players…..There will be a new practice schedule after Labor Day break. The new schedule will be as follows:
A TEAM=Mon., Thurs. & Fri
B & C TEAMS= Tues. & Wed.
The athletics website is updated.
Do you like to sing? Are you a morning person? Consider joining 6th/7th or 8th grade morning choir. It’s an excellent way to improve your singing, make new friends, and prepare yourself for vocal music in High School and beyond. Choirs meet before school at 7 AM starting the week of September 10th. They do not conflict with before school band or orchestra. If you’re interested in joining chorus, stop by room 162 and grab a sign up form (sign-ups are due Wednesday Sept. 5th). Groups are open for all students grades 6-8.
